Wushan shortbread

Wushan shortbread is a famous traditional specialty of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. As early as two or three hundred years ago, it was already famous in all directions.

The pancakes are made from the finest white flour mixed with sugar and fried in peanut oil. The cakes are also known as "strawberry cakes" because they look like strawberries.

The cakes are golden in color and when eaten with fine white icing sugar, they are crispy and tasty in the mouth and have a great flavor.
